Many of us completed our ServSafe Certification as a Food Protection Manager approximately 5 years ago. Those Certifications are coming up to expire May 2021, to that end South Carolina Association of Community Care Programs (SCACRP) will host ServSafe Classes.
The First Food Protection Manager class will be held Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at the Hampton Inn By Hilton, 1021 Clemson Frontage Rd Columbia, SC 29229.. Class time will be 9am-3pm, this includes your review time and time to take the Proctored Exam. Registrants will receive their books at least 10 days prior to February 24th, 2021. This will allow you to prepare and study ahead of taking the exam
